Do you know? There are various braking modes of stainless steel vacuum pump, each of which has its own advantages and characteristics. When we use the vacuum pump, we need to adopt different braking methods in different situations.

1. Regenerative braking: refers to the stainless steel vacuum pump when decelerating or stopping, the energy generated by braking is fed back to the DC bus through the inverter circuit. After being absorbed by the resistance capacitance circuit, the regenerative braking can only work when the server is working normally. In case of fault, emergency stop and power failure, the motor cannot be braked, and the work is carried out automatically by the system.

2. Electromagnetic braking: the shaft of stainless steel vacuum pump is locked by mechanical device. The electromagnetic braking is generally started after SV and off, otherwise the amplifier may be overloaded. The dynamic brake is generally started after SV, off or power failure of the main circuit, otherwise the dynamic braking resistance may overheat.

3. Dynamic brake: it is composed of dynamic brake resistor, which can shorten the mechanical feed distance of stainless steel vacuum pump through energy consumption braking in case of fault, emergency stop and power failure. The dynamic brake does not need power supply and needs external relay control.

There are three braking modes of stainless steel vacuum pump: regenerative braking, electromagnetic braking and dynamic brake. Which one should be used in the actual operation process should be selected according to the actual situation.
